As the Manager, Strategic Procurement and Partnerships you will be responsible for to design, produce, and edit learning programs for online and in-class training in accordance with company objectives, operating procedures, product and branding. They must understand how to create learning programs that are engaging and innovative.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Liaises and collaborates with Training and Development Specialists to conduct needs assessments and establish learning objectives.
• Reviews, evaluates and modifies proposed and existing learning programs based on audit trends, operational changes, regulatory updates and feedback.
• Creates Hight-quality in-class and eLearning course material, including course design, course outlines, lesson plans, PowerPoint slides, videos, quizzes, diagrams, and interactive exercises.

• Creates and manages SCORM courses in Storyline360. Create documentation and resource materials for each program including instructors lesson plans, participant hand outs and reference guides.
• Conduct projects for the design and development of online courses.
• Develops course structure, content, length, etc. to maximize training impact.

Designs all in-class and online course material following the company brand guidelines.

• Upload and update SCORM courses in the LMS (SmarterU).
• Maintain all courses and training records in the LMS

Respond and resolve all inquiries related to online courses in SmarterU.
Aligns all learning programs with operating procedures and regulatory requirements to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s operational objectives.

• Sources relevant learning content from company operating manuals and other appropriate sources.

Consults with SMEs to deliver learning solutions that meet company operational objectives and drive desired behavior change among airport staff.

• Assessing training priorities and managing strict deadlines

• Incorporates all operational and regulatory changes in the training programs in a timely manner.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• Have at least five 1 to seven 3 years of work experience in the Airline industry
• Post secondary education
• Adult education certificate or related experience with a focus in eCourse creation.
  
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong time management skills
• Have important attention to detail
• Have excellent problem-solving skills
• Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Learning and Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong knowledge of educational models and standards, including instructional design and adult learning history.
• Strong technical skills; familiar with SCORM or AICC standards
