Field Tech, Installer, Sub Office Remote Support

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Field Repair Support Technician to work in the RMH, Alberta and Saskatchewan areas. The ideal candidate must be able to work outside or inside year-round, in all weather conditions. There will also be some in office telephone technical support, a dn you must have an excellent memory. Attention to detail is a major requirement.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation and servicing of wireless internet to residential and business customers
Installation and service IP video, phone and equipment
Sales and Support for client projects
Installation and servicing Media systems, meeting systems, media devices
Perform all installation functions associated with the addition, modification and removal of all technology equipment, hardware, testing, drilling, and running cabling, terminate network Indoor and Outdoor Ethernet cable into RJ-45 ends
Install Security systems, program, teach client on proper use and support.
Work with multi-vendor solutions.
Continued education to maintain work expectations and company standards.
Clean and well organized, ambitious with positive attitude
Travel, drive to locations and perform routine trips for client support
Work well unsupervised, and manage time well, and reporting, documentation.
Work with secured access and be trustworthy.
Networking and Cable Management
Meet tight deadlines for projects and day to day activities.
Have excellent memory, required.

Install equipment and systems as required by the company.

Maintain Tools and equipment regularly.
Mounting equipment installation experience, proper safety and work site conduct
Program and provision CPE (Customer Premise Equipment)
Use Windows latest Windows 10
Assess and troubleshoot equipment on site and/or over the phone
Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs
Comfortable working safely at heights due to extensive ladder work, manlift work, tower climbing, (up to 100 ft freestanding towers) and working on rooves
Accurately complete work orders and process payments
Document all work and prepare billing to client
Establish and maintain relationships with customers in a positive and professional manner
Work after hours and weekends
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
5-year previous experience in technical related fields
Network+ certification
Security , IP Video, IP Voice
Strong computer and technical skills
Operate power tools skillfully
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
Well organized with good time management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology/industry changes
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual and Ambitious
Positive attitude and get along good with clients
Listen and understand what is required, execute with precision
Clean Appearance
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
Not afraid of Heights or Ladders
Maintain Safety and adhere to safety requirements
Post-secondary education preferred but not required
Safety Certifications: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms, WHMIS
Must be willing to provide Criminal Reference Check upon conditional offer
Class 5 License
Technical Certificates (wireless, ethernet, security, voice, data, ipvideo)
PPE REQUIREMENTS:
