John Brooks Company, a leader in providing fluid handling solutions, is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to join our Pump team. The Inside Sales Supervisor will play a critical role in guiding our sales team and ensuring our customers receive tailored solutions for their fluid handling challenges. As a company, we are dedicated to providing customized solutions using engineered products and innovative system designs, and the Inside Sales Supervisor will be instrumental in driving this mission forward.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of inside sales representatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their fluid handling needs
• Create customized solutions for customers that utilize our diverse selection of engineered products
• Collaborate with the engineering department to provide customers with comprehensive system designs
• Manage and maintain sales records, including leads, opportunities, and existing accounts
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Ensure that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a machinery or technical industry
• Prior experience managing a sales team
• Strong technical knowledge of fluid handling products and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
