Summary

The Inside Sales & Retail Coordinator is responsible for driving supply-only sales of garage doors, openers, panels, parts, and accessories. This role supports both retail walk-in customers, phone and website enquiries and online orders through our Shopify store. You will also proactively reach out to potential supply-only customers such as DIYers, builders, contractors, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Assist retail walk-in customers with product selection, quotes, and supply-only sales. Manage all Shopify web orders, ensuring accurate processing, packaging, and shipping. Proactively connect with new supply-only prospects (builders, contractors, metal building manufacturers, etc.) to generate new business opportunities. Handle phone and email inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent customer service. Maintain showroom displays and support stock organization. Prepare and coordinate orders for pickup, shipping, or delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, smooth order flow, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales and customer service in the garage door industry or related. Strong communication skills with confidence in building new B2C relationships. Skilled using technology (Shopify, POS systems, Microsoft/Google tools). Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
