to join our Red Deer team. This role bridges sales and production--managing incoming quote requests, creating and processing sales orders, and ensuring jobs are executed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and follow-through are key.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming quote requests promptly and accurately.
Create and manage quotes and sales orders for parts orders.
Generate and track sales orders and jobs for service, manufacturing, and pump shop work.
Issue materials and parts to jobs, verifying all components are properly allocated.
Maintain and update work order and job management systems to ensure data accuracy.
Review job analysis and documentation prior to closure to confirm completeness.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth workflow between sales and production.
Support administrative, reporting, and production tracking needs as required.
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, production coordination, or a related manufacturing role preferred.
Strong computer literacy with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with
M1 ERP
software is an asset (training provided).
