The opportunity:
Our client, an award-winning cloud technology-focused IT solutions and services provider, is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days in the downtown Vancouver office.

What you will do:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for a territory of clients and prospects in the SMB market. You will be helping businesses make informed decisions about technology integrations guiding them to the cloud and contributing to their overall success.
You will manage inbound and outbound sales leads, build relationships with potential customers and provide solutions to solve some of their most critical business challenges.
You will address customer needs as well as expand your sales territory through cold calling and diversification of client accounts. You will work to develop trusted relationships with clients and use your creativity to overcome objections and challenges. In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all sales development activities - so you will see all your client opportunities through to close!

How you will be supported:
In this role you will be provided with 5 weeks of sales and product training. You will be provided with personalized coaching, and a mix of online learning sessions to help you seamlessly integrate and ramp up in your new position.
