Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mississauga
100% In Office,
Salary: $55-60K
Hours: 7am - 5pm, 8.5 hour work day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

:

Communicate product information as required to clients
Help resolve order issues and give assistance to the Customer Support team
Creating quotes at the direction of the Sales Manager(S) and communicating same to clients
Helping the Sales Team with RFP completion, mailing, follow up etc
Entering Equipment and small ware orders and tracking orders through to fulfillment using CRM system along the way
Actively participate in the \'building\' of the CRM project, contacting clients and bringing the data accurate and up to date
Equipment Demonstrations - assist with the planning and organization of required events in conjunction with the sales representative(s).
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - fielding issues and working with all key stakeholders (i.e. representatives, clients, industry partners) to resolve satisfactorily, including required and appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Resource Development - creating tools for the consistent approach to responding to clients\' needs including document filing for easy access to the company, clients, and industry partners.
Sending samples to clients/ client prospects
Other Duties and Responsibilities - any other duties and responsibilities pertinent to company business as assigned by direct report.

Qualifications:
1+ years of Inside Sales experience supporting a sales team or sales department
Strong communication skills in English
Strong computer skills - able to navigate CRM\'s, MS Office tools, Internet
Intermediate Microsoft Excel
Ability to speak a 2nd language is an asset
Completion of post-secondary education
Detail oriented
