We are seeking an energetic
INSIDE SALES - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
with exceptional telephone skills for fast paced office. Join our team of top-quality service experts. This position is responsible for the HVAC and appliance repair divisions.
Full time - Permanent -Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work week is 37.5 hours in Office - no remote work.
The office is centrally located at 580 Industrial Avenue. Parking is available and Free. The position requires in office attendance at all times and no work from home is available for this position.
Bilingual is an asset but not required - French and English is preferred.
Duties include:
Answering telephone & scheduling/dispatching service calls
Meet and greet customers in person at the Parts Order Desk
Order Products, coordinate deliveries and interact with clients over the phone and in person.
Preparing Quotes/estimates for clients using automated software
Entering & Processing Service Requests, tracking parts.
Transmitting warranty information to customers
Ordering and selling appliance parts, liaison with manufacturers and warranty companies
Coordinating Installation Jobs for HVAC customers
Sell Home Appliance Care Services, Installation, Repairs, HVAC.
Sell Protection Plans, Maintenance Plans, other related services.
General customer service and submitting warranty claims.
Experience and skills:
Prior working experience in a dynamic Sales/Customer service environment is a strong asset. Both by Phone and in Person experience is considered valuable.
Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
Must have strong keyboarding skills and be able to communicate clearly in writing.
Must be able to enter data into computer system directly while speaking with customers.
Must be a presentable team player with must have attention to details.
Knowledge of HVAC, appliances, Parts, inventory all considered key skills.
Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in use of MS Office related software
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
