We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and has an interest in manufacturing or industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers. Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, shipping) to resolve them. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and warranty requests. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication. Input and manage data in our ERP system, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support project tracking and customer proposals.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills - you enjoy speaking with people and solving problems. Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred. Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing equipment is an asset but not required. Solid computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general Office applications. Experience with ERP systems (training can be provided). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
