Position Overview:



The Inside Sales & Customer Care Support person plays a key role in supporting customers, driving service growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing clients. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, assisting with quotes and service requests, maintaining account information, and working closely with operations and sales teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Support

Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding service inquiries, billing questions, and general support. Provide timely resolutions and ensure a positive customer experience. Assist customers with change requests, service updates, and troubleshooting issues. Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding concerns.
Inside Sales

Prepare and send quotes for new services, container rentals, pickups, and contract renewals. Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and qualifying inbound inquiries. Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or containers. Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
Operational Coordination

Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate service changes, special pickups, and scheduling adjustments. Ensure accurate communication of service requirements and customer expectations internally. Monitor service performance issues and escalate when needed.
Administration

Assist with account setup, contract preparation, and customer onboarding. Maintain customer files, pricing updates, and service agreements. Prepare basic reports on customer activity, quotes, and service trends.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support (industry experience an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in waste management, logistics, or service-based industries considered an asset.
