Position Summary

As a

Customer Care Representative

Sales

(CCR), you'll be the first point of contact for clients across Canada, providing professional, bilingual (French/English) support while helping customers understand program options and move toward installation. This is a sales-driven position where your ability to connect with people, build trust, and guide conversations toward successful outcomes directly contributes to our mission of creating safer roads.

This is an entry-level role with full sales and product training provided - no prior industry experience is required. You'll gain valuable experience in customer engagement, consultative sales, and problem-solving within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment that provides ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications

Required

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service orientation. Comfortable working in a sales-target environment. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or sales environment an asset, but not required - we'll train you. Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
