Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

This is a

sales-support + customer service + office admin

hybrid role, perfect for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a sales professional:

Prepare and manage travel quotations based on client needs Follow up with client inquiries and leads Maintain professional communication with customers and agency partners Support the sales team with daily coordination and admin tasks Assist with order processing and documentation

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for the travel industry and willingness to learn Driver's License is preferred Experiences in travel industry will be considered first
