About the Role:

We're seeking a full time, friendly and detail-oriented

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom -- assisting with inquiries, increasing sales, processing orders, and ensuring our displays are fully stocked and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products that meet customer needs Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately and efficiently Provide product information and recommendations to help customers find the right solutions Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, following up on orders, and identifying opportunities Assist Management and Marketing with administrative and support tasks Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked -- including merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining product displays Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs with purchasing and warehouse teams Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with a focus on service and satisfaction Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or retail preferred (industrial, safety, or janitorial supply experience an asset) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office programs A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales-oriented with experience in the janitorial/sanitation and food industry is an asset Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with customers Strong computer and technology skills (Microsoft, Inform and accounting software) Ability to work well independently and thrive in a team environment Proven drive to assist with customer service and maintain our showroom Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills Dependable and punctual Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted

Other Requirements:

Reliable transportation to 80 National Street, Garson, ON. (No public transportation available) Fluent in English (oral and written) - because communication is key Proficiency in French is an asset but not required - it's like the cherry on top!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 hr shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
