INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR



Core duties and responsibilities



Sales support:

Managing sales leads from various channels. Preparing sales-related documents like proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Assisting with creating sales presentations. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and competitors. Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email. Answering questions about hotel features, rates, and packages. Maintaining a high level of customer service. Processing bookings and managing rooming lists for group events. Ensuring the successful execution of events and group bookings. Communicating with other departments, like front desk and housekeeping, regarding group needs. Preparing sales and activity reports. Maintaining sales databases and client files. Organizing and scheduling appointments or events, such as site inspections or sales blitzes.

Creative and confident problem-solving skills are needed for handling issues in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management is required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate sales is essential. The role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 per year
