About the Position
We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this valuable role you will be responsible for providing organizational support to account managers, suggesting promotional product ideas that fit with our client's objectives, offering exceptional customer service, and managing the sales cycle for a small book of your own clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners, including vendors and clients, to keep projects running smoothly.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will play a key part in supporting our sales team while also building relationships through direct sales and client communication--without the pressure of cold-calling or aggressive targets. Key Responsibilities:
Source products based on client needs and preferences
Assist with preparing client quotes and proposals
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, product availability, and turnaround times
Place sample orders as requested by account managers or clients
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
Create sales orders and submit jobs
Review and manage artwork approvals in collaboration with clients and vendors
Be solutions focused and curious in problem solving, always
Manage a small book of business with an emphasis on customer service
Handle all walk-ins for drop-in showroom appointments and order pick ups
Assist with additional marketing and sales tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications Include:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or sales support roles or completion of a post-secondary business program
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with ease
Strong organizational competencies and a critical eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms (e-commerce and CRM tools)
Customer-first mindset and the ability to problem-solve independently
Preferred:
Experience in promotional products industry is an asset
