You will have primary responsibility to meet and exceed, quarterly and annual revenue quota assignments for specified area(s). This includes the understanding of channel business goals and requirements, and being involved in the presentation of Splunk product, solution and technology propositions to distribution salespeople.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking and execution of Commercial Indirect Sales Plan.
  • Accountable for Commercial Channels performance KPI.
  • Engagement with Splunk cross functional teams to achieve those goals.
  • Responsible for transactional support across all Indirect RTMs:
  • Support and provide guidance to the sales team regarding partnerverse program, and rules of engagement.
  • Be a resource to internal teams and external partners Proactive maintenance of RSM community via outreach & reference resources (FAQ, SOPs, etc)
  • Responsible for internal conflict resolution & awareness of cross-RTM pipe and transaction cycles, and coordinating with PDMs on Focus Partner pipe, optimization
  • Contributes to non-focused Partner Enablement, including grooming and training sales people for Focus Partner
  • Work with the Sales team on account mapping with channel partners and tracking results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience with software sales/SaaS (direct/indirect sales experience) into Americas including Latin American technology partners.
  • 80% doing business in the US and 20% in LATAM
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish (expert, fluent and have done business in both languages)
  • Recent and previous success exceeding revenue and bookings quotas with partners.
  • Experience working with resellers and Distribution in Americas (US - Latin America)
  • Success and references to prove the success from working with partners, direct sales teams and sales leaders.
  • Experience strategizing and managing Resellers and exceeding goals.
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting activities related to sales and revenue activities.
  • BS preferred
  • This specific role cannot offer relocation or immigration sponsorship or visa transfer
  • Location: remote and already located in/near: Miami, Florida or Plano/Dallas, Texas
