This position provides sales support for the business and Sales Team. The successful candidate can expect a workday involving sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls and emails. Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Research, track, maintain and update leads in HubSpot. \xc2\xa7 Make outgoing calls to develop new business. \xc2\xa7 Contact prospects to qualify leads. \xc2\xa7 Send direct sales emails to key clients and prospects. \xc2\xa7 Maintain personal HubSpot Account. \xc2\xa7 Building relationships with clients. \xc2\xa7 Participate in the preparation of estimates. \xc2\xa7 Source products as required. \xc2\xa7 Provide accurate and timely information to management. \xc2\xa7 Develop a strong knowledge of the business to facilitate the sales process. \xc2\xa7 Report to Sales Manager for frequent virtual meetings, training, and check-ins regarding sales strategies. Qualifications \xc2\xa7 Excellent English communication (verbal and written) \xc2\xa7 Finished or ongoing degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. \xc2\xa7 Experience in cold calling and sales is an asset. \xc2\xa7 Experience with research and maintaining databases is an asset. \xc2\xa7 Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. Essentially, you will be responsible for B2B Inside Sales (i.e., building a new customer base and maintaining and servicing existing accounts). As the designated Account Manager for our customers, you will perform up-selling and cross-selling of facility products, as well as pursue retention of your accounts as required. In addition, you will be meeting assigned target assets. We require candidates with strong project and time management skills, high work motivation, self-driven and self-discipline to be able to work remotely and meet their targets and quotas. This job is remote/from home and will be paid $18 for the first six months of employment i.e. the duration of the probation. After probation, the salary & commission can be negotiated. How to Apply?
