Job Overview


The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) serves as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads. You'll be responsible for qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our outside agents. You'll use a combination of phone calls, text, email, and CRM follow-up campaigns to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by results, and loves real estate but prefers a sales-driven, inside position over field work.

Responsibilities



Manage and convert inbound leads from online platforms, ads, referrals, and events. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, SMS, email, and social media. Qualify buyer, seller, and investor leads to ensure agent time is maximized. Maintain a detailed and organized lead pipeline in CRM Schedule and confirm appointments for agents. Track and report key metrics including contact rate, appointment rate, and conversion rate. Implement consistent daily follow-up to build relationships with long-term leads. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead quality. Attend weekly team meetings and provide insight into lead flow and performance. Tasks and other assignments by Broker of Record

Requirements



Proven experience in inside sales or related fields such as technology sales or telemarketing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques that drive successful sales strategies. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Real estate experience or real estate license in Ontario will be given preference

Compensation



Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Performance Bonuses: Appointment-based and conversion bonuses. Growth Path: Opportunity to transition into an agent, team leader, or sales manager role.

Schedule



Flexible, Monday to Friday (periods within 10 am and 6 pm window).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
