About the Role
We're hiring a Part-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help drive growth for a high-performance real estate team.
Your mission: prospect, follow up, convert and dominate.
This isn't a role where you're micromanaged OR capped.
You'll have the systems, support, and mentorship to build out a sales department alongside us.
If you crush it here, you won't just be an ISA -- you'll be building the foundation for something much bigger.

: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Tuesday
: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Wednesday
: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Thursday
: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Friday
: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
(Approx. 20 hours/week)
Compensation
$25-$30/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses + growth incentives
High performers will have the opportunity to grow this role into a leadership position -- potentially managing and training future ISAs, with profit-sharing potential down the line. This could be a HUGE opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls and follow-ups to buyers, sellers, and leads
Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
Mastering scripts and objection handling like a pro
Managing CRM and follow-up systems with precision
Tracking daily metrics and owning your results
This is about impact, accountability, and execution.

A high "D" on the DISC test (dominant, assertive, confident)

Emotionally intelligent and sharp communicator
Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
Coachable, accountable, and driven by growth
Sales or real estate experience preferred (but raw talent and hunger trump all)
