Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate (High Leads, High Earning Potential)



Location:

Remote or Office-Based in Vancouver

Client:

Real Estate Team BC Condos And Homes Team

Compensation:

Commission-Only Until First Closed Deal, Then $2,000/week + 5% Commission - ($150-$500)

The Role



You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads -- calling, texting, and emailing to engage prospects, qualify their readiness, and hand them off to our outside sales team.

This is a

results-driven role

. To ensure we're investing in top performers, the role starts

commission-only

. Once you've closed your

first transaction

from a lead you handled, you'll move into a high-paying base + commission structure.

Compensation Structure



Stage 1 - Proving Period



Commission-Only: 5% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) from any deal you generate. Paid only when the transaction closes and brokerage funds are received. "Qualified" means: Not working with another realtor. Actively looking to engage in a transaction now (not 6+ months away).

Stage 2 - Paid Stage (After First Closed Deal)



Base Pay: $2,000/week. Commission: 5% of GCI on all deals you generate. Paid base weekly, commission upon deal closing.

Key Responsibilities



Handle and follow up with

50+ new leads per day

via phone, text, and email. Build rapport quickly and identify prospects ready to buy or sell now. Convert leads into in-person appointments for our outside sales agents. Maintain accurate notes and tracking in our CRM - Follow Up Boss Consistently meet or exceed appointment and deal-closing targets.

Requirements



Proven inside sales, call centre, or real estate sales experience. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-driven environment. Comfortable working CRM systems and following structured follow-up processes. Real estate experience or license is a plus, but not required.
