fast-growing real estate marketing agency

helping realtors across the Canada and the U.S. generate high-quality leads with YouTube Ads and inside sales systems.

We're hiring a

Remote Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

to qualify inbound real estate leads, book appointments, and manage our sales pipeline. This is a high-performance role with

base pay + commission

and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities

Call and qualify inbound real estate buyer & seller leads daily. Book qualified appointments directly into realtor calendars. Manage CRM (GoHighLevel) and keep pipeline organized. Follow proven scripts while adapting to each conversation. Communicate with realtors to confirm lead quality and apply feedback. Track and hit KPIs: speed-to-lead, qualification %, appointment set %, and show-up %.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English (neutral accent). 2+ years inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience. Real estate industry experience is a strong plus. Quiet home office with reliable internet + headset. Growth-minded, coachable, and accountable to daily performance. Actively invests in

personal growth

outside of work.

Compensation

Base pay:

$20/hour CAD

.

10% commission on qualified booked appointments.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$55,000 - $80,000 CAD/year

depending on performance. Top performers can exceed OTE.
