About the Role
As
Director of Sales
, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions by:
Reviewing and advising on pricing strategy for new listings
Handling and negotiating incoming offers on behalf of sellers
Guiding clients through transaction milestones and resolving challenges as they arise
Providing strategic input to agents and clients on contract terms and deal structure
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and cooperating agents
Supporting internal team members with deal management and negotiation support
What We're Looking For:
A
licensed real estate salesperson
in good standing with RECO
A strong track record of real estate sales
A strong command of Ontario real estate processes, documents, and best practices
A calm, strategic problem-solver with a high tolerance for fast-paced, deadline-driven work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team-first mentality with confidence in leading client-facing conversations
Passion for real estate and a desire to be immersed in deal-making every day
Compensation:
This is a
commission-based
role, with expected earnings between
$40,000 and $100,000+ per year
, depending on production and conversion. Compensation is directly tied to performance and provides significant earning potential for someone motivated by results.
