We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager

to join our team in Orangeville/Mono. This role plays a key part in providing superior customer service, accurate order processing, and strong internal support to the Sales, Operations, and Purchasing departments.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Prepare and process quotes, orders, and returns with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate order status and delivery timelines clearly to customers. Troubleshoot customer challenges and provide product recommendations. Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist with inbound logistics, inventory coordination, and report preparation as required. Support team members across departments to meet company goals. Maintain compliance with all ATP policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including active listening. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Previous experience in industrial distribution, fasteners, gaskets, or manufacturing is an asset. Knowledge of ERP systems is considered an advantage.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
