Industrial Millwright (433-A Licensed or Apprentice)

to join our maintenance team in a

chemical manufacturing environment

. This role is ideal for

About the Role

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople to maintain, repair, and improve mechanical systems that support production. The position offers hands-on technical experience and opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and training.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment such as grinders, mixers, blenders, boilers, and process piping systems. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. Support troubleshooting and repair activities with senior team members. Participate in safety checks and ensure compliance with procedures. Read and interpret technical diagrams and work instructions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Take part in training to develop new technical skills. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

433-A Millwright License, Apprentice registration, or related mechanical trade experience. Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is an asset. Secondary school completion or equivalent. Strong interest in mechanical systems and maintenance. Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
