Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff and coordinate tasks during shifts
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Support restaurant management in maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience or team management skills are preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
