Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in meal preparation and presentation to ensure an appealing dining experience Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Handle food safely, following all health guidelines to prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Participate in regular training on food handling and safety practices

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential Skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving are highly valued Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
