What You'll Be Doing

? Preparing authentic Indian breakfast dishes, consistently and with quality
? Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and proper kitchen hygiene
? Following recipes and portion guidelines
? Managing prep work and kitchen stations efficiently
? Working with the kitchen team to deliver timely meals

What We're Looking For

Previous experience cooking Indian breakfast preferred
? Strong understanding of Indian flavors and techniques
? Ability to work early morning shifts (start times may vary)
? Team player with good communication skills
? Food safe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve food to guests in a timely and courteous manner Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Support team members during busy periods by assisting with meal preparation and serving as needed Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong understanding of the food industry and meal preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during shifts

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
