Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a diverse range of Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced takeout kitchen.Innovate and develop new recipes while preserving the authenticity of traditional Indian flavors.Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.Train and supervise kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements:Proven experience as an Indian Food Chef is preferred.An expertise in preparing a variety of Indian dishes.In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques, spices, and ingredients.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a kitchen team effectively.Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
