Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare and cook a diverse range of Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced takeout kitchen. \xe2\x80\xa2Innovate and develop new recipes while preserving the authenticity of traditional Indian flavors. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2Train and supervise kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Proven experience as an Indian Food Chef is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2An expertise in preparing a variety of Indian dishes. \xe2\x80\xa2In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques, spices, and ingredients. \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a kitchen team effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
