Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Oversee kitchen operations, including managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork. Collaborate with management on menu development and special events. Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and quality. Address any customer concerns or feedback regarding food quality or service promptly.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations. Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods, with a passion for culinary arts. Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for guests. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for patrons.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,682.50-$2,958.42 per month
