Independent Sales Representative

specializing in dental supplies to join our growing team.

Role Overview:


As an Independent Contractor, you will drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and develop lasting relationships with dental professionals and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dental supply sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the self-motivation to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Expansion



Identify and target new business opportunities within the dental industry.

Develop and implement strategies to grow our customer base.

Build relationships with key decision-makers in dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, suppliers, and laboratories.

Sales and Revenue Generation



Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Present and promote our dental instruments and supplies, highlighting unique features and benefits.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.

Product Knowledge & Customer Support



Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and industry trends.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide guidance on product selection.

Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis



Submit regular sales reports, including achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Compliance & Documentation



Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.

Requirements:



3-5 years of proven experience in dental or surgical supplies sales.

Established network and relationships within the dental community.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel (~25%) for client meetings and industry events.

Knowledge of dental products, procedures, and industry regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:



Base Salary + Attractive Commission
