About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to drive our growth in the dental prosthetics market. This unique role bridges the gap between advanced technical expertise and strategic sales, requiring a professional who is not only a certified dental technician ?Not mandatory to require?but also a proven salesperson. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to dental professionals, leveraging deep industry knowledge to provide exceptional solutions and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities (Job Duties):
Technical Sales & Business Development: Utilize your existing network and sales acumen to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with dental clinics and practices.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical expert for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through expert consultation and reliable support.
Product Demonstration & Expertise: Conduct highly technical presentations and demonstrations of our full range of dental prosthetic products and digital solutions (e.g., intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, premium materials).
Digital Workflow Implementation: Train and support clients on the adoption of digital dentistry workflows, with a strong focus on intraoral scanning techniques and edentulous scanning protocols.
Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product and marketing strategies.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications (What We're Looking For):
Mandatory Certification: It would be even better if you have a technician qualification certificate.
Technical Knowledge: Deep, foundational knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, materials science, and the end-to-end processes of denture and restoration fabrication.
Proven Sales Record: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the dental industry (dental equipment, consumables, or prosthetic products).
Established Client Base: A demonstrable existing network and client portfolio within the dental prosthetics market is a significant advantage.
Industry Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience working within the dental prosthetics sector, with an impeccable understanding of products, market dynamics, and key players.
Digital Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in digital dentistry tools, with mastery of intraoral scanner operations and specific expertise in scanning protocols for edentulous cases.
Personal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
