Position Overview
As a Senior Sales Representative- Dental Lab, you will play a key role in driving growth for TruSmile by:
Building and managing strong relationships with dental clinics (independent practices, small groups, and large clinic networks).
Acting as the main liaison between clinics and our operations team to ensure seamless order handling and client satisfaction.
Developing new market opportunities and expanding TruSmile's client base within Ontario and Alberta.
Demonstrating strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities within the dental sector.
Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary account manager.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and portfolio updates to management.
Represent TruSmile at industry events, trade shows, and professional meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in dental laboratory sales or business development; must have.
Strong network and established relationships with dental clinics and clinic groups.
Must have a
dental lab background
and be able to provide a
portfolio of past accounts or achievements
.
Degree in dentistry, dental technology, or a related field is preferred (other relevant education may be considered).
Exceptional business negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Proven ability to open new markets and grow client bases.
