We are seeking motivated and dynamic Independent Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services while providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers. As an Independent Representative, you will have the flexibility to work independently while contributing to the growth of our brand.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote and sell products or services through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions. Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve service delivery and identify upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Communicate effectively with customers in both English (and /or other languages, if applicable) to cater to a diverse clientele. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall performance.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proven sales experience with the ability to upsell products effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and other languages are highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improving sales strategies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
