in Ontario and across Canada. We supply high-quality excavators, skid steers, attachments, and more to contractors, municipalities, and rental companies. With strong brand backing, quality products, and a growing demand, we're expanding our sales team.

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and reliable

Sales Representative

to join our Mississauga office. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic sales experience--or someone eager to learn and grow in a high-demand industry. Full training is provided, and there is no cold calling requirement. Leads are provided, and you'll also be trained on how to generate your own.

Base Salary:

$3,000/month + commission

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming sales leads (phone, email, walk-ins) Build relationships with customers to understand their equipment needs Present, demonstrate, and promote RIPPA Machinery products Follow up on inquiries and prepare quotes Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Participate in work trips, trade shows, and product training events

Requirements

1+ year of sales experience

(preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn about heavy equipment and our product line

Valid driver's license required

Comfortable working in an office-based role with occasional travel

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday:

10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
