About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Calgary area Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, caterers, and other foodservice businesses Promote and sell our extensive range of new and used foodservice equipment and supplies Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline Achieve and exceed sales targets for maximum earning potential

Compensation Plan

Straight Commission Structure:

Earn a competitive commission on every sale you close. Our generous commission rate for the total sale value, paid out monthly with no cap on earnings. We also pay mileage per kilometer.

Unlimited Earning Potential:

The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no base salary; your income is entirely based on your sales performance.

Independent Contractor:

Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own business with support from our team. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in foodservice, hospitality, or equipment sales. Considerations also provided to Restaurant Kitchen staff. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong local network in the Calgary foodservice industry is a plus
