Job Description


Incentive Sales Analyst The Incentive and Sales Analyst will manage all day-to-day Retail Programs activities and initiatives by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies set out by the Manager, Sales Incentive. Support development and implementation of advertising, consumer incentives and ensure attainment of business plan through consumer demand generation. Participate in developing all policy and strategic initiatives for consumer facing activities. Maintain responsibility for updating the DealerTrack portal with monthly incentive programs and parameters.
Responsibilities

  • Help develop annual departmental budget and all forecasted incentive spending to align with sales volume and business plan objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to review and execute monthly incentive programs to maximize sales while managing inventory and cost-per-carline spending situations.
  • Provided on-going analysis and corrective measures to ensure subvention and cost forecasts are aligned with current market, sales, and economic landscape.
  • Identify and implement cost saving measures to lower cost-per-carline spending while ensuring incentive programs are competitive and impactful.
  • Support Advertising Department to develop impactful advertising messages and carline positioning to drive traffic to dealerships
  • Provide business decisions on all incentive related issues and inquiries to field staff and financing partners in a quick manor to ensure the highest customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Worked closely with financial partners to execute loyalty and communication initiatives to maturing loan and lease customers.
  • Coordinate new model launch initiatives with respective departments to ensure seamless launch.
  • On-going maintenance and update of RouteOne portal with month incentive programs.
  • Prepare all internal and external communications to various stakeholder

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required
  • Sales and or Marketing experience in the automotive industry preferred
