Processing applications for LMIA's, Provincial Nominations, Temporary and Permanent Resident, Business and Entrepreneur Applications.
Assist with gathering supporting documents, answering client inquiries, preparing application forms and submitting letters.
Handling a high volume of immigration matters in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining Client Files
Maintain manuals and computerized filing systems.
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries.
Review files for accuracy and compliance with the requirements set by IRCC.
Perform other general and administrative duties as required, focusing on detail and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Fluency in English language, both oral and written, is required.
Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
Able to maintain and perform duties with client confidentiality, privilege, and discretion.
Education / Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in immigration services.
Experience in the Immigration field (required)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
Advanced knowledge of Excel
A bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
