Job Responsibilities
Assisting Consultants in preparing legal documentation and case files
Communications with the clients
Perform other general and administrative duties as required
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning and data entry
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Prepare Social Media platforms marketing content
Follow up with clients
Previous Experience in immigration setting would be an asset
Requirements:
Proficient in English
Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of computerized phone systems and basic office equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Work Location - In Person only ( Brampton)
