Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Immigration Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities


- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle filing and organizing documents
- Answer and screen phone calls with professionalism
- Assist in legal drafting and proofreading documents
- Utilize software such as Lexis-Nexis and iManage for document management
- Support in writing correspondence and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements


- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with legal drafting processes is a plus
- Experience with software like Lexis-Nexis and iManage preferred
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Prior administrative experience is beneficial
