? NOW HIRING: Key Holder / Shift Lead ?

Location: Innocent Ice Cream, Vancouver

Compensation: $19.85-$20.85/hr (depending on experience) + tips (paid every 2 weeks)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable, experienced key holder to support daily operations at Innocent Ice Cream. This role ensures smooth, efficient shifts and upholds excellent customer service standards while assisting with staff coaching and overall shop care.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in hospitality, food service, or fast-paced retail Previous supervisory or key holder experience required Confident managing shift flow and delegating tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Able to learn procedures and memorize menu items quickly Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks (standing, scooping, cleaning) Must be available evenings and weekends Valid Food Safe or willingness to obtain certification
Responsibilities

Opening or closing the shop, including cash handling Leading and supporting staff during busy shifts Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and product standards Efficiently serving customers and managing POS systems Coordinating delivery and online orders Training and mentoring new team members Ensuring brand standards are followed consistently
