Taking over an iconic scoopery, we are bringing new life into Main Street for a fresh year round local offering. We're seeking someone driven, organized and passionate about working with the public to join our team in a Supervisor capacity.

The Role : Apres Crew Supervisor
As a Apres Crew Supervisor you're the frontline leader. Part supervisor, part problem solver and part guest experience champion. You're responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching crew and keeping services smooth, consistent and fun.
You'll be the go to for the team during your shift, bringing maturity (
19+
) and leadership, ensuring everyone's supported, breaks are managed, guests are happy, and the space is safe, clean, and efficient.
You're also trusted to uphold standards, coach in the moment, and flag anything that needs attention to the owners.
While working closely with the owner, you will learn how to do tasks like inventory, ordering, scheduling and cash management. The supervisor must be comfortable working independently and be able to delegate tasks to team members.
Your shift could include:
Leading a team through peak periods and transitions
Supporting team members with real-time feedback and encouragement
Managing shift duties, checklists, and time-sensitive tasks
Opening or closing the shop and ensuring standards are met
Scooping and providing guest service
Jumping in on the espresso machine
Handling minor guest concerns or service recovery within your authority
Keeping communication clear, respectful, and solutions-focused
Who You Are:
You're a natural leader who keeps calm when it's busy and knows how to bring out the best in a team.
You're equal parts organized, approachable, ready to step in, take initiative, and keep things moving forward.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 1- 2 years experience in hospitality or food service
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an asset
Is over the age of 19
Has experience with coffee and espresso machines (or fast learner with solid coffee knowledge)
Communicates clearly and kindly, even when juggling a lot
Is confident making decisions and managing shift flow
Takes ownership and follows through - you're the one people can count on
Understands how to coach teammates in a respectful, helpful way
Can follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
Is available
Friday through Monday from 10:30am - 6:30pm
This position will start as part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time. .
Must also have the following:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 40lbs without assistance
Possess or obtain Foodsafe Certification
