What You'll Do (and Learn)
- Take digital X-rays; assist with charting and documentation
- Polish and apply fluoride for hygiene patients (within authorization)
- Prepare/turn over rooms efficiently; anticipate clinician needs
- Support doctor exams during hygiene visits; keep the day on time
- Maintain sterilization, supply readiness, and operatory organization
- Learn perio concepts, hygiene workflows, and patient communication
Duties are performed only within applicable training/certification.

Full-time employment based on approx. 35-40 hours per week
Requirements
- Dental assisting/clinical experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
- HARP-approved radiography (or willingness to obtain)
- Polishing/fluoride performed only with applicable training/authorization
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and professional presentation
- Adherence to IPAC standards and PHIPA confidentiality
- Proof of required certifications and immunization status will be requested in accordance with public health guidelines
