We're growing and looking for a HARP-certified Dental Floater / Dental Hygiene Assistant who is career-driven and excited about cosmetic dentistry, dental photography, and digital workflows (iTero). What you'll do

Support hygienists and dentists across rooms: set-ups, turn-overs, patient flow, and chairside assistance as needed. Capture diagnostic dental photography (extra/intra-oral) to support case presentation and cosmetic workflows. Take high-quality radiographs (BWs, PAs, PAN as applicable) in full compliance with HARP and IPAC. Perform digital intra-oral scans (iTero) for comprehensive exams, Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative cases. Maintain sterilization and operatory readiness per IPAC standards; keep supplies organized and stocked. Enter accurate clinical notes and support a paperless, fully digital environment. Partner with the team to hit daily production and patient-experience goals (morning huddles, KPI checks).

You bring

HARP certification (required). Experience and proficiency taking radiographs in a clinical setting. Hands-on iTero scanning experience (or equivalent IOS) and comfort with digital dentistry. Career-driven mindset--hungry to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility. Comfort with KPIs and results: you like clear targets and data-driven feedback. Computer literacy: capable with practice software, email, and digital charts. Strong patient communication and a calm, professional demeanor.

Nice to have

Level II dental assisting skills (Ontario) and experience in a multidisciplinary/cosmetic environment. Familiarity with Invisalign protocols, whitening, and esthetic case photography protocols. Prior involvement in morning huddles and production/patient-experience goal tracking.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
