POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Technician will be responsible for recruiting for entry-level positions and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle by providing support to the recruitment processes for salaried positions (posting, interviews, pre-hire process, etc.).
  • Manage various administrative documents related to payroll, such as hires, terminations and changes.
  • Enter data into various computer systems and ensure filing updates.
  • Prepare the integration and the onboarding plan of new employees.
  • Perform any other related human resources duties.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a human resources department; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset;
  • AEC/DEC in human resources or administration or equivalent experience;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Demonstrate integrity and discretion;
  • Demonstrate rigor in your work methodology, good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate autonomy and a sense of initiative;
  • Be people-oriented;
  • Mastery of French (spoken and written).
