Alteo is looking for an IT Technician for a permanent position based in Montreal South-Shore.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and configure equipment to be deployed to projects
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
• Configure and deploy new workstations
• Update software and hardware
• Participate in team projects as needed
• Document processes and tickets assiduously
• Actively participate, through attitude and behavior, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious and stimulating work atmosphere for all
• Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork;
• Carry out his/her work with rigor and integrity
• Carry out tasks and responsibilities efficiently

Profile :

• AEC/DEC in IT or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience as an IT Technician
• Knowledge of IT environments such as VPN, Microsoft Windows, Win, Firewall, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365 and 365 administration console;
• Knowledge of SQL (an asset)
• Relational skills, customer service orientation
• Autonomous, organized and good analytical skills
• Able to travel on occasion
• Demonstrate discretion
• Good sense of adaptation in a changing environment
• Ability and flexibility to manage several files simultaneously (versatility, initiative, priority management and analytical skills)

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Pr\xc3\xa9parer et configurer l\'\xc3\xa9quipement \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xaatre d\xc3\xa9ploy\xc3\xa9 aux projets
• Effectuer le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 aux usagers
• Configurer et d\xc3\xa9ployer les nouveaux postes de travail
• Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour des logiciels et le mat\xc3\xa9riel
• Participer aux projets d\'\xc3\xa9quipe au besoin
• Documenter les processus et les billets assidument
• Participer activement, par son attitude et par ses comportements, \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper et \xc3\xa0 maintenir une atmosph\xc3\xa8re de travail respectueuse, harmonieuse et stimulante pour tous
• Collaborer avec l\'ensemble des coll\xc3\xa8gues et favoriser le travail en \xc3\xa9quipe;
• Effectuer son travail avec rigueur et int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9
• Effectuer ses t\xc3\xa2ches et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s avec efficacit\xc3\xa9

Profil :

• AEC/DEC en TI ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent
• 2-3+ ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 titre de Technicien TI
• Connaissance des environnements informatiques tels que VPN, Microsoft Windows, Win, Pare-feu, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365 et console d\'administration 365;
• Connaissance SQL (un atout)
• Habilet\xc3\xa9s relationnelles, orientation service-client
• Autonome, organis\xc3\xa9 et bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse
• En mesure de se d\xc3\xa9placer \xc3\xa0 l\'occasion
• Faire preuve de discr\xc3\xa9tion
• Bon sens de l\'adaptation dans un milieu \xc3\xa9volutif
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 et flexibilit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer plusieurs dossiers simultan\xc3\xa9ment (polyvalence, initiative, gestion des priorit\xc3\xa9s et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse)
