The Human Resources ("HR") Officer is responsible for supporting the organization within the area of HR including processes and systems related to: resource vacancies, promotions, transfers; the Human Resource Information System; resource information management; employee and labour relations; employee benefits and payroll; HR planning and operations; and special HR projects. HR Officers work in a dynamic environment where an array of generalist HR skills and knowledge is required. The work routine for the person in this role is expected to have an emphasis on employee and labour relations activities.
The HR Officer reports to the HR Supervisor and will work closely with other members of the HR team, including the HR Manager and Chief Human Resources Officer as well as employees and managers within the organization. The incumbent will provide services to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.
