We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our growing practice.

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while fostering a strong company culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with clinic goals and regulations.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workplace safety compliance.

Ensure compliance with BC labor laws and industry-specific HR regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry.

Strong knowledge of BC employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.

Proficiency in HR software and Google

CHRP designation (or working towards it) is an asset.
