TalentWorld is hiring a Manager of Human Resources for our client located in North York.
Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices in a unionized environment.Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the human resources departmentDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations for unionized and non-unionized employees by addressing grievances, arbitrations or other issuesEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and provincial requirementsDevelop strong partnerships with all levels of internal and external business associatesProvide coaching, development, support, and direction to the human resources teamHuman Resources Manager Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a similar field5 years of experience driving results in the labor relations and/or human resources fieldProven record of leading and managing a teamUnionized experience is a mustOther DetailsMonday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PMOnsite, must be able to travel between North York and Mississauga\'s offices.Competitive salary based on experienceBenefits, RRSP matching, 3 weeks of vacationAccommodations are available upon request to support your participation during all stages of the recruitment process.TWONPERM
