Tasks

Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Oversee development of communication strategies Respond to employee questions and complaints Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers Recruit and hire staff

Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
