Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Responsible for all HR reporting of key metrics
- Updating and maintaining all HR related policies and procedures
- Coaching of other leaders regarding HR matters

What We\'re Looking For:
- 5+ years HR experience, HR certification preferred.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
- Strong experience in KPI reporting
